the hotel sits right across from the beach. i appreciated the convenient location near patong beach. the breakfast was varied and had a really good selection. a free shuttle goes to bangla road, a great perk.

my room needed a refresh, and the toilet seat looked a little old.

My beautiful double or twin room pool view had a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked very well. the provided safe was easy to use. plenty of space made the room very functional.

The staff are hard working. They provided prompt and effective assistance. the front desk offered quick responses to my queries and requests. the provided shuttle bus service made my travelling quite easier during rush hours.

The pool was large and inviting. Its cleanliness was regularly checked. I saw the staff testing the PH levels daily. The hotel provided a free shuttle. It ran frequently to Bangla Road! I found the service very useful.

my room was a beautiful double or twin room pool view. the swimming pool seemed clean. the hotel has shuttle service to the city every half an hour. the hotel is closer to some restaurants.

the shower only had hot or cold water, was difficult to regulate. sometimes the room was cleaned late in the day. we had to ask for towels sometimes because they was taken but not replaced.
